Payroll funding is always driven by pay date, not the actual submit date. You can find information about dates on the payroll summary report as well as when you log into the system:

On the PAYROLL SUMMARY report you’ll see the ACH date that we’ll be pulling the funds.

When you log into the system, there is a calendar you can always view. The funds are being pulled the business day between the Payroll DUE date and the Pay DATE. You can also click on VIEW under Processing Schedule and that will bring up a rolling calendar that you can always print.
